  • When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order takes about 24 hours, then the manufacturing of the products and the delivery (free*) require a period of 6 to 14 working days from our team. We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, while guaranteeing a service of exceptional quality (product control before packaging, etc.).

  • I don't live in France, do you deliver internationally?

We ship our products all over Europe and beyond! Obviously, it may take longer than to France.

  • What bank cards do you accept?

Any order is cancellable within 12 hours of the customer's order time. After this time, your order will be processed and will no longer be cancellable. Contact us to cancel if you are still within the deadline .

A fee of around 3% of the total amount (including shipping) applies to cancellations, this covers our transaction costs.

Please note: if our team had to intervene on your order following, for example, an error in the address or in the name of the buyer, the order is manually entered into the database and can no longer be cancelled without charge.
Sale items and orders with vouchers/promotional codes are also non-cancellable.

Delivery times deemed "too long" do not make your order eligible for cancellation or refund if they do not exceed 30 days from the order date, this being the strict application of current European laws.

We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven defect in the product.
Our items undergo very strict quality checks before each shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

With secure shipping, Artistika® takes care of disputes for you. Your satisfaction is our priority. We do not blame the carrier by leaving you to "sort it out". We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.
