Order Shipping

Your order will be shipped from our warehouses within 72 hours (1 to 3 days) following your purchase.

Changes and Cancellations

You have a period of 12 hours after your order to request a change, including regarding the delivery address. Please carefully check your information when ordering.

Any order can be canceled within 12 hours after confirmation. After this period, your order will be processed and can no longer be canceled. Contact us quickly if you are still within the time limits.

In case of cancellation, a fee of 3% of the total amount (including shipping) will be applied to cover our transaction costs, with a minimum of 2€.
