Order Shipping

Your order will be shipped from our warehouses within 72 hours (1 to 3 days) following your purchase.

Modifications and Cancellations

You have a 12-hour window after your order to request any modifications, including changes to the delivery address. Please carefully verify your information when placing the order.

Any order can be canceled within 12 hours after confirmation. After this period, your order will be processed and can no longer be canceled. Contact us promptly if you are still within the allowed timeframe.

In case of cancellation, a fee of 3% of the total amount (including shipping) will be applied to cover our transaction costs, with a minimum of €2.
