    • When will I receive my order?

    Receiving and preparing your order takes about 48 working hours, then the delivery of the products as well as the delivery (free) require our team a period of 6 to 14 working days . We usually deliver faster but some packages are delayed because of covid19. Please excuse us for the momentary inconvenience.

    The tracking code is available the day after the order, received by email used when ordering.

    Standard delivery is free for orders over €25.

    We also have express delivery (for a fee) allowing you to receive your packages in a maximum of 5 days (3 days on average) .

    • I don't live in France, do you deliver internationally?

    We ship our products worldwide, although obviously it may take longer than to France.

    Delivery to Belgium and Switzerland takes approximately 9 to 14 working days.

    Destinations outside the EU may be subject to charges.

    • I would like to return some items to you, what is the procedure?

    Our items undergo very strict quality checks before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) by clicking here along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    Returns are free in the event of a proven defect in the product (broken, torn product, etc.).
    The so-called "comfort" return (trousers purchased too small for example, an item you don't like) is at your expense. The procedure is sent to you by email*.
